Firo is one of just 25 restaurants across India featured in The New Order: A Master List of 25 Fine-Dining Tables, a coffee-table book from Esquire India and The Macallan. The two-page feature profiles the RA Puram space and the food philosophy behind Chef Ajit Bangera and Chef Abhishek Mody's menu, with signature dishes including the Morel Tempura, Black Pork and Anjeer Dhokli.
